This notice covers the Veristow marketing website and its email-based demo request. Warehouse workspace data is handled separately under the arrangements agreed for your organisation.
Demo requests
The form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your form fields to a Veristow lead database or save them in browser storage. Your details are shared when you send the message through your chosen email service. Use only business contact information and avoid confidential stock, client or employee data.
Your chosen email provider also processes the message under its own terms. We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested demo or onboarding.
Website operation
The site and its hosting infrastructure process technical request information needed to deliver pages and maintain security, such as request URLs and network addresses. The public pages do not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. Existing sign-in functionality uses its own session controls.
Interactive examples
The 3D warehouse and time calculator are illustrative. They run in your browser and do not access your warehouse account or send your scenario inputs to a sales service.
